Miki was Vernor Allen's slinth. It generated nightmares in shared dreamers, frightening them to death and feeding on the fear. The Fourth Doctor was able to break the slinth gestalt and save the inhabitants of Unicepter IV from taking over. (COMIC: Dreamers of Death)
