The Millhouse community was a community for children and their parents in Pennsylvania.
From 1932 to 1940, many of children went missing in the United States having been kidnapped by Odd Bob the clown. He later kidnapped 26 out of 34 children from the open air thanksgiving celebration of the community. The children were chasing balloons, then they just disappeared and after this, there wasn't any trace of them.
Odd Bob later told Sarah Jane Smith that they were simply sleeping, but soon faded away. (TV: The Day of the Clown)
