Information on the Doctor Who spoof strip that the Beano cover is advertising needs to be added.
Although unnamed in the Doctor Who universe, the character is called Hermione "Minnie the Minx" Makepeace in The Beano comic books.
The cover of The Beano #3956 depicts Minnie the Minx riding a cow, with the caption "Minnie the Minx in... Doctor Moo!", a reference to the Doctor Who series.[1]
