Although unnamed in the Doctor Who universe, the character is called Little Plum in The Beano comic books, which crossed over with the Doctor Who universe on various occasions, such as in the first issue of BeanoMAX.
He was featured on the cover art of The Beano #3695, an anniversary issue, which depicted a single scene also involving a Dalek.
