Otinogg was the god of war worshipped by a humanoid species native to an Earth-like planet. A prophecy told that Otinogg would send a small, pale creature to lead them in battle against the Scythias. Ziita believed that Jamie McCrimmon was the one of whom the prophecy spoke. (PROSE: Follow the Phantoms)
