Paul was the part-human, (AUDIO: The Baby Awakes) part-Were Lord (AUDIO: Brightly Shone The Moon That Night) son of Peri Brown and Joe Carnaby. He was genetically engineered as a potential child for the couple by the Ishtar institute in the 59th century, along with his siblings Michael and Janey.
