Ralf Klein was the adoptive father of Elizabeth Klein. He wanted to talk to Kurt Schalk and took Klein to see them. In the end of the war he came to collect Elizabeth from Kurt and take her to England. He was a spy along with Klein's mother. (AUDIO: Daleks Among Us)
