Rovidian
The Rovidians were the native species of the planet Rovidia.
During the Last Great Time War, Rovidia was occupied by the Sontaran Empire during their attempts to join the conflict. The Rovidians mounted a resistance against the invaders but failed to drive them from the planet. Following the War Ollistra being captured, she was brought to Rovidia, the Rovidian Kalan guiding the Time Lord rescue party across the planet to the Sontaran stronghold. (AUDIO: The Eternity Cage)
After the Sontarans had been defeated, the Rovidian attempted to fight off the Dalek Fleet and defend Vassarian's TARDIS only for their forces to be destroyed and the Battle TARDIS to vanish into the Time Vortex. The wreck of the TARDIS eventually crashed back on Rovidia, an event that the Rovidians ignored, even as the War Doctor begged them to help Kalan. (AUDIO: The Eye of Harmony)
