Second Vizier

Second Vizier was originally a lowly official who looked at the War Master's papers to make an appointment with the Officiencier. He later became the Vizier who asked Calantha to be a caretaker leader after the Eternal Blind Empress. At a session of parliament he gave Calantha a list of demands included the release of inquests of Dashmala and Gardam. He later told the Master that he only the vizier as there was no-one else to fill the position because of the plague. He wanted things to stay as they are. He was drowned shortly afterwards.
