Security guard (The Idiot's Lantern)
From Tardis Wiki, the free Doctor Who reference
A security guard worked at Alexandra Palace. In 1953, the Tenth Doctor and Tommy Connolly bypassed the security guard using the Doctor's psychic paper as ID to stop the Wire from feasting on millions of people's faces. Thinking the Doctor was the King of Belgium, he wondered why he wasn't at the coronation of Queen Elizabeth II. The Doctor responded that they were saving him a seat. Later, he tried warning the Doctor against climbing the tower, as he'd "get [himself] killed up there". (TV: The Idiot's Lantern)
