Skaro Observatory

The Skaro Observatory was a feature of the Dalek Dome which offered visitors a view of the Dalek homeworld of Skaro.
It was located in the centre of the Dome with a lift taking people to and from the ground floor.
When the Golden Emperor took control of the Dalek Dome's systems, he posted an Informational Dalek machine in the Observatory to keep watch for the quantum-powered reality gate.
