Spellman's Magical Museum of the Circus was a museum dedicated to the history of the circus. It was run by Elijah Spellman. Inside the museum were several life sized clowns, who could be controlled by the proprietor's telepathic powers.

The museum also had a copy of the oldest known illustration of the Pied Piper, a watercolour painted in 1592.

The entrance to the museum was also used as the entrance to the Electro in From Out of the Rain and the place where Estelle Cole held her talk about Fairies in Small Worlds.
