The Stockbridge quarry was a limestone quarry operated by the Stockbridge Limestone Company, Ltd. During one otherwise normal day's operation, Dave and another mining colleague discovered the TARDIS embedded in the rock they were trying to remove. (COMIC: The Stockbridge Horror)
