The Ambassador

The Ambassador was a Dalek, given the name by Gaius Majorian.
He was one of the original Daleks to arrive in Winter. After the murder of Kenrik Vost and the subsequent rebellion, he killed Majorian for his betrayal and replaced him with Jacklyn Karna, continuing the building of Daleks after the departure of the First Doctor, Vicki and Steven under worse conditions.
