The Rage

The Rage was a being created by the War Master, who designed it as a remorseless living weapon for the Last Great Time War. It was loomed using genetic samples taken from exceptional individuals of over 500 different species, including the Eighth Doctor. The Rage was intelligent, and it referred to the Master as "Father".
According to the Master, the Rage had been given the ability to create and destroy matter at will, shapeshift, read minds, project itself over distances, teleport, duplicate itself, and possibly even time travel short distances.
