The Rage
The Rage was a creature created by the War Master from the DNA of people of 500 different species with unusual power. The Eighth Doctor was worried that the War Council had sanctioned this. The Master created the creature to be a sentient creature without a conscience for a weapon. The Celestial Intervention Agency wanted it and sent Mandrake to obtain it for them.
According to the Master it had the abilities to:
- Create and destroy matter at will,
- Change shape to mimic others,
- Read minds,
- project itself over distance,
- teleportation,
- duplicate itself to create armies,
- short range time travel,
It used the projection ability and mimicry to try and trick the Master and the Doctor. The Master wanted to train it, but it wanted to explore the universe.
