Tom Cardwell was a citizen who often protested about the end of the world according to Eileen Klint. He said that the aliens were among them already. He thought that the Doctor was responsible for the devastation of Red Rocket Rising. He told them about the course of the asteroid that landed on the planet. He knew of the Daleks' history. He later rescued Lucie from the Dalek command ship. He planned to destroy the Dalek ship with fission batteries. He later led an attack on Martez's Mutant Daleks, and also helped to defeat the Dalek Supreme. (AUDIO: Blood of the Daleks)
