Eileen Klint was the acting president of the planet Red Rocket Rising. She initially refused to go on an exodus ship, and instead felt obliged to stay with her own people. As she was the highest-ranking senator left on the planet, she served as acting president, but a mob of survivors turned against her. While escaping from the mob, her car crashed into the Doctor's TARDIS. Lucie Miller helped her to get away from the accident site. She welcomed the Daleks to Red Rocket Rising. She was appalled that the Daleks were the force that threw the asteroid at Red Rocket Rising. (AUDIO: Blood of the Daleks)
