Colonel Tsang was a UNIT officer in 1997. She was secretely part of the Cortez Project conspiracy under orders from General Marianne Kyle.
When her plans to destroy a Tzun ship that was leaving Earth to go home were stopped by the Seventh Doctor she blew the side of her head off with a pistol. (PROSE: Bullet Time)
