Victor Frankenstein was the title character of Mary Shelley's novel Frankenstein.

- Doctor Frankenstein was played by Peter Cushing in a series of Hammer Horror films which have been referenced as existing in the DWU.
- Other DWU actors to have played the character include Samuel West in Van Helsing and Alec Newman in a TV movie version of Frankenstein. Benedict Cumberbatch and Jonny Lee Miller starred in a stage production of the novel where they alternated between playing Frankenstein and the monster depending on the night.
