Wanted! Cybermen was the fifth feature and eleventh release exclusively published in Doctor Who The Official Annual 2024 on 7 September 2023 by Penguin Group[1] and written by Paul Lang.
The feature was the second in the "Wanted!" series of in-universe wanted posters for various villains from the Doctor Who series.

By order of Article 412 of the Shadow Proclamation, a group authorises the apprehension of the Cybermen, along with facts about the Cybermen' origin, history, and physiology.

- The Cybermen are considered a hostile force by the Shadow Proclamation.
- The Cybermen have various origins, including Mondas, Earth and Gallifrey.
- Cybermen weapons include wrist-mounted laser blasters and electrical pulses from their hands.
- The Cybermen's fleets include Cybercarriers and colony ships.
- The Cybermen's aims are to achieve victory in the Cyber-wars and to convert all organic creatures to Cybermen.
- The Cybermen's crimes include assisting in the destruction of the Time Lord race, an attack on the headquarters of the allied organisation UNIT, and the unauthorised upgrading of unwilling life forms.
- Cyber Warrior battalions were enhanced by evolved CyberMasters, who have the ability to regenerate.
- The physiology of a Cyberman includes distinctive metal handles on their helmet, wrist weapons, a life support unit on their chest, and spikes along their limbs. Cybermen have a humanoid shape with metallic upgrades.
