Winter God
The Winter Gods were a race of powerful beings who were born in the initial cooling of the Doctor's universe following the Big Bang. Their members included the King of the Ice Giants and his son Jack Frost, the youngest of the Gods. The Temporal Glaciers were a home of the Gods.
By the time of the Ninth Doctor's life, the Winter Gods had almost entirely died save for Jack Frost. The Doctor was present when they "fell on the molten shores"; he later connected the death of the Gods with the general state of the Post-Time War universe suggesting that it occurred during the Last Great Time War.
