Witherow was the station manager at the abandon station the Ninth Doctor and Saffron Windrose was at. He told the Doctor not to travel further into The Grimminy-Grew den. He eventually remembered his name. After the Grew was defeated he was able to return to his old life. (AUDIO: Station to Station)
