"¡Ay, caramba!" is a Spanish and Portuguese exclamation, loosely equivalent to the English exclamations of "oh my gosh" or "oh my goodness".
It and another phrase said by the toys, "Eat my shorts!" are often associated with The Simpsons character, Bart Simpson.
