In the middle of the 47th century, the Weeping Angels came to inhabit the Aplan Mortaria on the planet Alfava Metraxis. The Angels hunted the native Aplans into extinction, abruptly ending their civilisation. With no energy left to consume, the Angels starved. (TV: The Time of the Angels)

On Earth, humanity created an experimental time ship which was manned completely by robots. It went back in time and crashed into the Flying Dutchman. The Twelfth Doctor encountered the robots and sent them back to the 47th century with a note saying that the time travel experiment was a failure. (COMIC: Ghosts of the Seas)

Chames Jarlton was a renowned 47th century artist. His painting of Davros in cryogenic sleep, entitled Infernal Sleep, was part of the Braxiatel Collection. (PROSE: The Astounding Untold History of the Greatest Enemies of the Universe) The Time Lords identified the Necros Incident as taking place in the 47th century following the Duplicate Incident; the Time Lords pinpointed the temporal co-ordinates of this earlier event to the 46th century, however, their time scale of Dalek activity placed it in the 47th century.
