Alan Collins owned Collins Specialty Audio in the late 1980s. He was also a "tweaker", collecting rare old albums.
Collins met the Fifth Doctor and Nyssa when they discovered that he owned a dangerous album. The Doctor traded Collins the album for a very rare one. (PROSE: Tweaker)
