Albert was a friend of Horatio Lynk. He was blind because he sold his eyes to an organ dealer so that he could feed his family from the profit.
Albert met the Eleventh Doctor, Clara Oswald and Amy Johnson in the Kaballus Quarter of Cornucopia. Danny Fisher later killed Albert with a molecular shift, crystallising him. (COMIC: The Blood of Azrael)
