Aldebaran IV
The First Doctor and Susan once visited Aldebaran IV, where Susan found a pile of crystals next to where the TARDIS landed. The natives considered the jewels to be worthless junk. The Doctor and Susan later used the jewels as a form of currency when visiting other planets, such as in the German city of Worms, on Earth. By 2540, Alderberan Four was a colony planet in the Earth Empire that had been recently raised to dominion status. The Master pretended to be an official from this planet, (PROSE: Doctor Who and the Space War [+]Loading...["Doctor Who and the Space War (novelisation)"]) although by another account, the planet in question was Sirius IV.
