Alexander Peterssen was an employee in the Governor of Kentucky's office in the 21st century. On the governor's orders, he offered Oswald Danes his "condolences without admission of liability for any physical distress caused by events beyond his control" after Danes' execution went wrong at the start of Miracle Day in 2011.
