Alice Proctor was Sir Giles Walbridge's personal assistant at the Environmental Agency's Species Recovery Program. Jack Harkness was a friend of her father. She was a member of the archaeological dig in Wales which unearthed Thomas Vaughan's crypt. After discovering that Vaughan was still alive and posing as Sir Robert Craig, she informed Sir Walbridge and Jack. She was killed along with two other EA employees when Craig had the Arcanis Servitorus cause their helicopter to crash. Jack launched an investigation into her death upon learning of it on the news.
