Alicia Patel was a doctor who worked at Cowbridge Overflow Camp.
She knew of the modules, but did not do anything about them. Gwen Cooper asked her to move her father from category one back to category two, but she refused as she would then be obligated to re-examine all category ones. Gwen told Dr Patel that she was no longer a doctor. (TV: The Middle Men)
