An Alien priest was an Uxariean priest. Along with the other priests, he was short and blind.
Along with the other Uxarieans, the priest was killed when the Guardian allowed the Third Doctor to press the Doomsday Weapon's self-destruct button in 2472. The resulting explosion destroyed the entire city. (TV: Colony in Space)
