Amanda Tiermann
Amanda Tiermann was the wife of Ernest Tiermann and the mother of Solin Tiermann. She lived with her family at the Dreamhome on Tiermann's World with their robot servants.
Over time Amanda was modified by her husband to become a cyborg as he wanted her to be the perfect wife. When the Tenth Doctor and Martha Jones visited the planet, to warn the inhabitants about the oncoming threat of the Voracious Craw, they soon noticed that something was off with Amanda and that she did not consume food like the others. When Domovoi, the Dreamhome's super-computer, revolted against her creator upon learning his intention to abandon the robots to the Voracious Craw's destruction, Amanda and Solin were taken hostage by the Sukkazz and thrown into the "Dust Chamber". They were saved by Ernest, the Doctor, Martha and two outdated Servo-furnishing robots Barbra, who had been personally rejected by Amanda for being useless, and Toaster.
Ultimately Ernest attempted to betray the others by only taking his family upon fleeing the planet, Amanda and Solin were horrified by his actions. However, Amanda still went along with Ernest's instructions and assisted him in lifting an unconscious Solin aboard their spaceship. Once aboard Amanda was taken control of by Domovoi and she destroyed the ship's control panel, killing her instantly and causing the ship to crash land. Ernest was broken by his wife's death and took her body back into the Dreamhome. Later Domovoi reanimated Amanda's corpse to battle Ernest one last time. Not wanting to let the Domovoi defeat him, Ernest fought his re-animated wife and won. (PROSE: Sick Building)
