Andy Secombe

Andy Secombe (born 26 April 1953^[1]) voiced several characters for Big Finish Productions. His father was comedian, actor, and singer Harry Secombe

He is best known for supplying the voice of Watto in Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace and Star Wars Episode II: Attack of the Clones.
