Annie lived in Hexford. She was interested in who brought the Master's TARDIS. The Fifth Doctor thought she worked with UNIT but she later revealed she worked for MI5 to Colin but could use a staser. She was in fact part of the Transhuman Sisters of the Unholy Protocol and was sent to kill the Reborn Master. (AUDIO: And You Will Obey Me)
