As the name suggested, the Annual Gallifreyan Doctor Who Con was an event that was held every year on Gallifrey. One year, the convention was attended by the first seven incarnations of the Doctor as well as Dr. Who. They were asked the question "Who is the most evil foe you've encountered over the years?" by a fan and all gave different answers to each other. (NOTVALID: Doctor Who? 95)
