Archer was an industrial spy in the 22nd century. He stole data on Farside Station, threatening Fitz with a laser scalpel if he revealed what he was doing. He was caught later on the Charing Cross, trying to get the information to IMC via a transmitter on Titan. (PROSE: Fear Itself)
