Archie (Matildus)

Archie was a pet Ristallian crater-hound that hung around the Kaballus Kids in the Kaballus Quarter on Cornucopia. Lozz could summon him with a dog whistle.
When the Kaballus Kids captured Bill Potts, Lozz called for Archie to see if Bill was friendly. He promptly licked Bill's face. Later, when Bill and the kids' brains began being "fried" by Sashana's psychic attack, Bill reached for the whistle to call for Archie. Because Archie's brain was "so stupid", he was unaffected by Sashana's mind. He incapacitated Sashana, stopping her. (COMIC: Matildus)
