Arnold Baynes, the husband of Lorraine, was the CEO of TransAllied, Inc. He employed Davros and the Sixth Doctor to improve the technology so that humanity could expand beyond the Mutter's Spiral.
After Davros tried to kill Baynes with a nuclear bomb so that he could take control of the company himself, aided by an equation that allowed him to predict the stock market, Baynes returned to confront Davros and take the equation for himself, but Davros killed him. (AUDIO: Davros)
