Arrold Flotsam (COMIC: Junk-Yard Demon II) was the partner of Jetsam in the backworld scrap and salvage company. He built and piloted their salvage ship, Drifter. Whilst piloting the ship he would use his great-great-great-grandfather's telescope to survey wrecks. (COMIC: Junk-Yard Demon)
