Attack on the Palace of Versailles
An attack on the Palace of Versailles (PROSE: The Time Traveller's Almanac) in 1758 was conducted by Clockwork Droids from the 51st century spacecraft SS Madame de Pompadour, who were targeting the ship's namesake, Jeanne-Antoinette Poisson. Across her life, Reinette encountered both the Clockwork Droids travelling through the time windows and the Tenth Doctor, who defeated the Clockwork Droids. (TV: The Girl in the Fireplace)

Shortly after regenerating, the Twelfth Doctor encountered Clockwork Droids from the SS Marie Antoinette, which he found had long since crash landed in London in the 1890s. He learnt that it was the sister ship of the SS Madame de Pompadour, though by that point he claimed not to remember it beyond a vague sense of familiarity. (TV: Deep Breath)
