Major-General Augustus "Tubby" Hayes was a UNIT officer.
He was Alistair Gordon Lethbridge-Stewart's commanding officer in 1967. Years later he was involved in a conspiracy to cover up experimentation on captured aliens. (PROSE: The Devil Goblins from Neptune)
