Augustus Scullop was the CEO of Trans-Gal, a television company which was falling under. He watched the rival's news programmes to see how they presented his company. He used the creations in the programme, as they existed in their own right due to Helen Shepherd's technology and existed outside of the machine in a security mishap, to try and destroy his rival.
