Bact guns were a weapon used by the alien guards that protected the Temple of the Gods in an alternate Rome. They fired metal-eating bacteria. Morris stole a bact gun from a guard and fired it at the Robot Flying Squad that pursued him. The bacteria destroyed the robots by devouring them. (COMIC: Doctor Who and the Iron Legion)
