The bacterial spray was a deadly invention whose plans were kept at a patent office which Jimmy Duparis attacked, trying to get said plans. However, he never got to sell them as he intended to, as he died while trying to escape, in part due to the tempiscope. (COMIC: Dr. Who's Time Tales)
