Bank of Silence

The Bank of Silence was a financial institution run by the Silence. Individuals made deposits at the bank and then forgot they made them, allowing the Silence full control of the funds. At one point they influenced the Eleventh Doctor to film a commercial for their bank and he stated that the Silence would use the money for a "wide range of supported charities and forward-thinking interstellar cults".
