Barrock was a Zzinbriizi jackal. Its pack was enhanced by the Fleshsmiths so they were intelligent and able to change shape. When the Seventh Doctor defeated the Fleshsmiths, Barrock and his packmates returned to their natural primitive state. (PROSE: Prime Time)
