Basingstoke (planet)

Basingstoke was a planet visited by the Eleventh Doctor and Amy Pond. It was the location of a gene splicer that could accelerate evolution. The Eleventh Doctor eventually restored the planet's peace, but not before sending out a warning for everyone to stay away.
The previously unnamed planet was named, at the Doctor's suggestion, after the place that he originally intended to take Amy. (COMIC: Supernature)
