Bastell

Bastell was part of the Skybase crew. He reported about power failures there. He tried to stop the Second Doctor, Jamie McCrimmon, Victoria Waterfield and Tara Kerley from continuing up to the skybase.

Bastell locked Victoria in a store cupboard. He was possessed by static electricity. He affected the weather using the Coriolis effect, to create a storm. (AUDIO: The Great Space Elevator)
