Bellus was a planet located near Demeter. It was inhabited by robots which frequently launched attacks on Demeter. Their last attack occurred during the First Doctor's visit to Demeter. He activated the tremulator, which deflected the destructive waves from Bellus back to that planet, destroying it and ending the robot menace.
